Brennand Skinner

Brennand has over 15 years’ experience across property development, construction, and civil engineering, supported by an MSc in Project Management (Construction) and a BSc in Quantity Surveying.

He has worked in a client-side delivery capacity across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, supporting design coordination, procurement strategy, commercial management, and programme control. Brennand brings a structured and commercially focused approach to managing complex development processes through planning, design, and delivery stages.

His experience includes major regeneration and commercial schemes across Manchester and the North West, including First Street, St John’s Development, and Manchester Goods Yard. Across these projects, he has supported the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, management of planning and technical interfaces, and delivery of complex enabling and infrastructure works within constrained urban environments.

He has also supported the delivery of residential-led regeneration schemes including Farnworth Green, contributing to full project lifecycle management through to completion, with a focus on governance, reporting, quality oversight, and contract administration.
