Warren is a Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, high-value developments across hospitality, residential mixed-use, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors in the UK and internationally.
He specialises in leading major programmes through structured governance, commercial discipline, and robust delivery frameworks, ensuring clarity across cost, programme, risk and stakeholder management. Warren has extensive experience operating at Board and senior stakeholder level, providing confident oversight on technically and commercially complex developments.
Warren’s experience includes a range of significant international and UK projects, including NEOM Shushah Island (£3.7bn) and the Sharaan Resort & cultural programme (£1bn) Saudi Arabia, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (£1.4bn), and Shams Tower Abu Dhabi (£480m). Across these schemes, he has consistently focused on delivery certainty, commercial post-contract change, variation negotiation, and financial reporting on a large-scale distribution facility.
He has also delivered NEC3 Option C Commissions including the Wick Archive Facility (£21m) for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, providing cost and project management services, including target cost control, risk governance, and pain/gain mechanisms.
Additional experience includes housing delivery for the Greater Manchester Pension Fund HIF programme (£25m), healthcare schemes such as Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (£10m) and infrastructure, defence, and aviation projects including work with Babcock Defence & Security, United Utilities, and Bristol Airport.
