David has over 40 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, advising clients across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors.

Prior to joining Russell Bolton Consulting, David held Director-level positions at Currie & Brown, Cyril Sweet and Edmond Shipway, where he led the successful delivery of major development and regeneration projects throughout the UK.

David has extensive experience acting as Employer’s Agent, Project Manager and Cost Consultant, providing strategic commercial advice and leadership across all stages of the development lifecycle. His practical understanding of development, procurement and construction enables clients to make informed decisions, manage risk and maximise value.

Recognised for his collaborative approach and long-standing client relationships, David has built a reputation for delivering successful outcomes and securing repeat commissions from both public and private sector organisations.

Recent clients include the BBC, Cheshire East Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, L&Q Group, Three Dragons and a range of private developers.
