Russell Bolton Consulting (RBC) has played a key role in the delivery of the first phase of Trafford Gardens, a £34million residential scheme from Linear Group and Maslow Capital.
The construction consultancy is acting as Employers Agent and Cost Manager on the project, which has seen the completion of phase one comprising 33 affordable homes.
A further 116 properties will complete later this year at Trafford Gardens, which took inspiration from the former Botanical Gardens which used to stand nearby.
When finished, the scheme will comprise a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom flats across 13-storeys alongside 3,450sq ft of offices, a rooftop garden and a private courtyard.
The scheme had stalled following the December 2022 collapse of developer Investar’s SPV for the project. RBC Director Ilyas Patel played a key role in getting it back on track and re-commencing development, advising on the takeover and ensuring it is delivered to schedule.
Irwell Valley Homes funded the £7m first phase of Trafford Gardens through its own private finance arrangements, while Linear Living received £1.69m from Greater Manchester Combined Authority through its Brownfield Land Fund.
The wider project team also includes JDA Architects and Ridge and Partners LLP.
