Overview

This £129 million development is a significant regeneration project located in a key expansion corridor for Leeds city centre, near the city’s cultural hub, home to the West Yorkshire Playhouse and Great Northern Ballet.

It will deliver 591 new homes across three buildings, ranging from 13 to 25 storeys, with one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

Offering a mix of build to rent, open market sale, and affordable mixed-tenure units, the development will also include basement parking, extensive landscaping, commercial spaces and various amenities, enhancing the area’s residential and community offerings.

Key challenges and approach

In November 2023, Russell Bolton Consulting was appointed to lead the project tender process to achieve a start on-site before April 2024.
