Glyn is a chartered builder and project manager with extensive experience as an executive director in the property sector. He has a strong track record in delivering successful results across multiple industries. His roles have included project director, consultant and programme manager for both private and public sector projects, spanning education, statutory engineering, commercial, logistics, residential and retail mixed-use developments.
From 2019 to 2022, Glyn served as a projects director for numerous capital education projects, with additional further education projects from 2023 to 2024. He was seconded to the college directorate for two years and acted as project director for a new FE college in Stoke-on-Trent, contributing to the city’s University Quarter regeneration. He is also a BREEAM assessor for education projects.
Glyn has extensive experience working on complex academic projects, managing project governance, contract administration and risk management. He has successfully worked with stakeholders, local authorities, planning bodies and funding organisations, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout.
Additionally, Glyn has strong skills in business development, stakeholder management, supply chain development, and procurement, including OJEU, frameworks and competitive tendering. He is highly proficient in managing contracts under JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke UK and international agreements. His expertise ensures the seamless management of contractual elements, providing operational oversight and implementing change management processes to drive project success.
