Iwona Stuczynska

Iwona is a Project Manager with more than eight years’ experience delivering innovative solutions and managing complex projects across various sectors. She joined Russell Bolton Consulting in September 2025 following key roles at Arcadis and Turner & Townsend, where she progressed from Assistant Project Manager to Senior Project Management positions.

Throughout her career, Iwona has gained extensive expertise across the entire development cycle, engaged on projects ranging from £300,000 to over £1bn in value.

Her experience spans major infrastructure works, aviation developments, commercial fit outs, retail refurbishments, water infrastructure and office upgrades. Notable achievements include administering contracts for Manchester Airport’s £1.2bn Transformation Programme, delivering EE’s Store Refit Programme across 170 locations and overseeing 12 water infrastructure projects for Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water.

Iwona has successfully delivered projects across the UK, working with a diverse client base including Manchester Airport Group (MAG), EE, HSBC, Bloomberg, Tesco, Welsh Water, Palace of Westminster and various other commercial and retail operators. Her strong command of project management and employer’s agent services, combined with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, has enabled her to achieve significant milestones across multiple sectors.

Her proven track record in programme delivery, strategic project coordination and commitment to operational excellence makes her a valuable member of the Russell Bolton Consulting team.
