Ray Chui

Ray is a highly experienced chartered project manager with nearly two decades of expertise in project management, employer’s agent, and contract administration services. He joined Russell Bolton Consulting in early 2024, after holding key roles at EC Harris, Arcadis, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), Gardiner & Theobald and RPS.

He brings a wealth of experience across the entire development cycle, having managed projects in various sectors. These include major commercial office developments, regional HQ office projects, city centre residential developments, affordable housing, student residences, and Ministry of Defence capital works. His portfolio also includes projects like a healthcare academy and GP practice, government estate rationalisation, Department for Education schools, local authority town centre redevelopments, retail developments and large-scale industrial projects.

Ray has successfully delivered projects across the UK, working with a diverse client base that includes Linnear Living, Cityheart Ltd, Peel Land & Property, MEPC, Ministry of Defence, Bet365, Quorum Estates, Department for Education, Balfour Beatty Investments, AIG, IM Properties, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cefas (Defra) Estates, Mulbury City, Alumno Group and Assura Plc.
