Riyaaz Patel

Riyaaz is a chartered building surveyor and project manager with over 20 years of experience in managing complex and challenging projects across the UK. He joined Russell Bolton Consulting in 2021, following key roles at EC Harris, Arcadis and Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB).

Throughout his career, Riyaaz has gained extensive expertise across all stages of the development cycle. He has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including commercial and leisure fit-outs, high and low-rise residential developments, student accommodation, healthcare facilities and education projects for the Department for Education, schools, colleges and universities.

Additionally, he has worked on mixed-use town centre redevelopments, major leisure projects, and large-scale industrial and logistics developments.

Riyaaz has delivered projects for a diverse client base, including Cityheart Ltd, Balfour Beatty Investments, AIG, IM Properties, Cheshire West and Chester Council, ITV plc, Blackpool Council, Mulbury City, Barclays CRE, HSBC, and several universities including the University of Manchester and Kirklees and Stoke Colleges.

His experience and leadership across multiple sectors make him a highly valuable asset to Russell Bolton Consulting, where he continues to contribute to the success of various high-profile projects.
